Just kind of makes you want to scream when people make such stupid remarks. Even if what he says about James Madison is true the key to it is “Therefore, Madison included the Second Amendment to appease the states”. Are the people of each state that wanted this not also the people of the “United States of America”. Looks like Justice Breyer contradicted himself….
