Survival Rule of Threes

I know allof you have heard this before but it was new to me tonight.  In extreme survival situations you cannot survive more than:

  • 3 minutes without air
  • 3 hours without shelter
  • 3 days without water
  • 3 weeks without food
  • 3 months without hope
